At VELSAK, we process all orders within 3 business days from payment confirmation.

Rates and delivery times

• Spain: Free shipping — delivery in 2-5 business days.
• European Union: 8 EUR — delivery in 5-10 business days.
• United States: 18 EUR — delivery in 7-14 business days.
• Rest of the world: consult rates during checkout.

Customs and international taxes

International orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that any potential import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient and are the customer's responsibility.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment at all times.
