Return Policy

At VELSAK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
• You must include proof of purchase.
• Damaged, used, or tag-less items will not be accepted.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)

In accordance with European regulations, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days without needing to provide a reason.

Return Process

1. Contact us at velsakshopify@gmail.com stating your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will send you instructions for the return shipment.
3. Once the item is received and verified, we will process the refund within 10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
